Drawing on more than 30 years of hospitality experience, Marian Stratford combines operational expertise with strategic business development, client relationship management, and compliance leadership. Her extensive career includes over 16 years leading housekeeping departments within luxury hotels, providing her with a deep understanding of hotel operations, guest expectations, service excellence, and operational standards.

Recognised for her contribution to the hospitality industry, Marian has received industry awards acknowledging her leadership, commitment to service excellence, and contribution to the advancement of the profession. She has also actively supported the industry through her involvement as a committee member and President of respected hospitality organisations.

Within Gian Hospitality Enterprise, Marian is responsible for developing strong client partnerships, supporting compliance frameworks, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations, brand requirements, and operational objectives.

Known for her integrity, empathetic leadership style, and commitment to developing people, Marian brings a unique combination of operational knowledge, industry credibility, and relationship-focused leadership to the executive team.

Shelley

With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Shelley Jogis has developed a strong reputation for driving quality, developing people, and maintaining exceptional operational standards across respected hotel groups.

Currently a Senior Quality Officer with Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Shelley leads quality assurance initiatives while also overseeing training and development programs across the group. Her expertise in auditing, standards implementation, coaching, and team capability building ensures operational consistency and service excellence.

Highly respected within the hospitality industry, Shelley is recognised for her attention to detail, collaborative leadership approach, and passion for continuous improvement. She believes that investing in people and strengthening processes are fundamental to achieving sustainable operational success.

As part of the Gian Hospitality Enterprise leadership team, Shelley brings invaluable expertise in quality management, training, and operational standards, ensuring clients benefit from well-trained teams, consistent service delivery, and a culture of continuous learning.

Satya is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation and HR systems. Her extensive hospitality experience has helped her develop strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. She is passionate about supporting employees and contributing to efficient and effective HR operations.

Jacqui Hawkins

Jacqui is an experienced accounting professional with an extensive background in finance, payroll, and business administration across the UK and Australia. She began her career in England, spending eight years as an Accounts Manager at the House of Lords, where she gained invaluable experience managing financial operations in a prestigious organisation.

After dedicating several years to raising her family, Jacqui completed her Bachelor of Accounting before returning to the workforce. Since then, she has partnered with numerous businesses as a finance contractor, delivering expert support across bookkeeping, payroll, accounts preparation, administration, and financial management.

Known for her reliability, precision, and approachable nature, Jacqui combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping businesses operate efficiently. As a proud mother of four, she brings both professionalism and a strong work ethic to everything she does. At GIAN Hospitality, Jacqui oversees our Accounts & Payroll function, ensuring our financial operations run seamlessly while supporting our growing team across Australia.

With experience across leading hotel environments, Lovdeep brings expertise in multi-property operations, team engagement, and achieving sustainable business outcomes.

His ability to combine commercial awareness with genuine care for people enables him to deliver results while building positive, high-performing workplace cultures.

Currently serving as Executive Housekeeper at Quest NewQuay, Joanna leads housekeeping operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Beginning her leadership journey as a Housekeeping Supervisor with Pan Pacific Hotels, Joanna demonstrated strong leadership capability, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and support her teams. Her proven performance and commitment to excellence led to her progression into an Executive Housekeeper role.

Through these experiences, Natalia has developed a deep understanding of luxury service standards, guest expectations, and operational excellence.
